Entry form
Messrs Pheno, Morph and Stuff respectully request that if you want to play at Pheno, you should send in an entry form.
When the entry form is finished, there will be two ways to do this: either online, or by printing out an entry form, filling it in, and posting it to us.
Online entry form
Nota bene: the cutoff for online entry is 8pm, Tuesday 7th of June. After this, please just come along and enter and pay at the door.
1. Go to the online entry form and work through the screens to enter your own and/or team data.
2. When you are happy with your entries, submit the form. It will go straight into our impressive steam-powered brass Scheduling Engine and will then await confirmation of your payment.
3. You will have the option to either pay online via PayMate Express, or print out your entry and post your payment (please also write your name or your team name on the cheque/postal order somewhere) to Phenomenon Labs, PO Box 308 Belconnen ACT 2616.
NB: Mac/Safari/OSX.3 users: there is currently a bug with the online entry form that prevents you getting past the signon screen.Our steam-powered techs are working on the issue even as we speak, but in the mean time allow us to recommend trying Firefox, Mozilla or IE.

1. Download, save and print the entry form pdf (83K) .
2. Fill in the form.
3. Send it with your payment to Phenomenon Labs, PO Box 308 Belconnen ACT 2616. Please also write your name or your team name on the cheque/postal order somewhere.
